On Thursday, August 4, 2011, RJI will present its’ newest colloquium at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. The colloquium will distill existing knowledge to set forth a clear, comprehensive statement of best practices and alternatives to out-of-home placement in the foster care system and juvenile delinquency systems. It will highlight legal mandates that require prevention and prompt reunification efforts, and will present the Racial Justice Initiative of TimeBanks USA’s unique approach.
